"Greetings gents,
I did get the board on Saturday around noon, and installed it as soon as I could after it arrived. I packed up and left the church at around 2:30 as the flower people were setting up for the 4:00 wedding (WHEW!).
I heard from the organist at Cherrydale UMC today. She said everything worked for her wedding and the Palm Sunday service. Apparently I was getting glowing words of praise from everyone all the way up to the pastor, and I think he made mention of it during the service on Sunday. Of course I couldn't have done it without your "above and beyond the call of duty" assistance. Thanks for helping us on your day off, and thanks for taking care of the shipping and making sure the board went out in time for us to get it Saturday. Well done!"

"I just wanted to let you know that your company makes an exceptional instrument. We have received so many complements on our Royal Classic II. Just this past weekend, my sister, who also happens to be a church organist, visited us from La Crosse, WI. She was so impressed not only with the tonal quality, but the craftsmanship as well. We are proud owners and are sure to share this with the many guests that worship with us on a given Sunday. But most of all, through this fine instrument, we are able to lead our worshippers in praise of their Lord. We especially thank you and your company for your dedicated work!
Blessings!

"Thanks so much for the wonderful letter to sent regarding the "CD"/"DVD" of our organ dedication service. You were indeed missed, but maybe another time and place. The organ console is indeed a "jewel". It is such a joy to play, and I could not be happy with any other console. "WICKS is #1" in everything!!! I am very proud to have had you build this console.
Keep up the 'great' work!
Blessings,
KEN"
